Here we will tell you how to make a Healthy-weightloss-website-menu-design in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 700 pixels, 300 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Now set the Foreground Color.

[3] Fill the Background then go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise use these settings.

[4] Your image will be as shown below.

[5] Go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur use these settings.

[6] Your image will be as shown below.

[8] And change the Blending Mode.

[10] Take the Rectangular Marquee Tool make the new layer crate a new shape and fill with any color would you like.

[11] Take the Shape Tool select this one.

[12] Make the new layer create a shape and fill with White color.

[13] Take the Rounded Rectangle Tool make the new layer create a shape and fill with White color.

[14] Now go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[15] Your image will be as shown below.

[16] Make the 4 copyies of preivous layer.

[17] And now open your image like this.

[18] Change the Blending Mode Darken.

[19] Your image will be as shown below.

[20] Take the Shape Tool select this one.

[21] Make the new layer create a shape and fill with this color coding #8E0000.

[22] Make the copies of previous shape layer.

[23] Take the Text Tool create some text.

[24] Take the Shape Tool select this one.

[25] Make the new layer create a shape and fill with white color.

[26] And now change the Blending Mode Soft Light.
