Open a new document, take any size and Resolution 72 and Mode RGB Color.

[2]-Now create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee TOol

[4]-Now go to Select>Modify>Smooth and apply the following settings

[21]-Now fill the selection with #FFFFFA color and create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee TOol

[22]-Now press “Delete” and reduce the opacity as shown below

[24]-Now select Text Tool & go to Layer>Type>Wrap Text and apply the following settings

[25]-Now create any Text with the help of Text Tool.At last, all settings have been completed & your final image will be look as shown below
