Here I will teach you about Simple-Elegent-Cool-Website-Header

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 350×650 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now fill the Background with any color & then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool

[3]-Now go to Select>MOdify>Smooth & use the following settings

[4]-Now your image should look as shown below

[5]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options with click on ‘f’ which is indicating
by Hand sign

[6]-Now select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[7]-Now select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[9]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool

[10]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Option.Select INNER GLOW

[13]-Now Make 2 Duplicate Layer of Layer1 & Layer2 & reduce the Opacity of Duplicate Layers

[14]-Now one by one select Duplicate Layers & create the following adjustment with the help of Move Tool

[15]-Now Open New Layer & then select Custom shape Tool & use the following shape & settings

[16]-Now create the following shape with the help of Custom shape Tool & then select Pen Tool, click & select Make selection

[17]-Now use the following settings in Make selection

[18]-Now your image should look as shown below

[19]-Now fill the selection with any color & then press Ctrl+T & rotate the following shape & then ENTER

[20]-Now again select Custom Shape Tool & use the following shape & settings

[21]-Now create the following shape with the help of Custom shape Tool & then select Pen Tool,click & select Make Selection

[22]-Now In Make Selection feather radius should be 0 pixels, anti aliased, & New Selection then OK.your image should look like
