[20]-Now add new selection in Make selection & then ‘ok’ after that fill the selection with any color

[21]-Now press Ctrl+J for making duplicate layer and after that press Ctrl+T and then click and select Flip Horizontal

[22]-Now create the following adjustment with the help of Transform (Ctrl+T)

[23]-Now select Magic Wand Tool in Tool Bar & create the following selection with click & hold shift and click again on opposite side

[24]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[25]-Now fill the selection with any color

[26]-Now select Text Tool and create any Text

[27]-Now click on ‘f’ for Blending Options & then select Gradient Overlay and apply the following settings

[29]-Now Select Text Tool and go to Layer>Type>Warp Text and use the following settings

[30]-Now your Text Will be look as shown below

[31]-Now you can create any Text . Finally, all settings have been completed & your final image will be look as shown below
