Here we will tell you how to make a Cool-idea-game-website-design in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 600 pixels,500 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Now fill the Background with Black Color, then take the Rectangular Maruqee Tool create a shape make the new layer and fill with White color do not “D” select.

[3] Now go to Select>Modify>Contract Selection use these values.

[4] Then Hit the Delete Key on your keyboard.

[5] Now go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[6] Your image should be as shown below.

[7] Make the copy of Previous layer then press Cntl+T, Transform Selection to Minimize your image.

[8] Take the Shape Tool select this one.

[9] Make the new layer create a shape and fill with white color.

[10] Go to Blending Option use these settings.

[11] Your image should be as shown below.

[12] Drag the Star Layer over the Background Layer see in the next image.

[13] Your image should be look like this.

[14] Make the 3 more copy of the star layer.

[15] Now open a nice image like this.

[16] Take the Text Tool create some text.

[17] Take the Shape Tool select this one.

[18] Make the new layer create a shape and fill with white color, then press Cntl+T, Transform selection to Rotate your shape.

[19] Take the Shape Tool select this one.

[20] Make the new layer create a shape and fill with white color, then press Cntl+T, Transform selection to Rotate your shape.
