[2] Make the copy of layer.

[3] Go to Filter > Sketch > Halftone Pattern use these values.

[4] Your image will be look like this.

[5] Hold down your CTRL key and press I.

[6] Now change the Blending Mode Soft Light.

[8] Now click on this small icon, then select the Brightness/Contrast use these values.
