Here we will tell you how to make a Crumpled-messed-paper-photoshop-tutorial in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Then go to Filter>Render>Difference clouds and select this filter for couple of times untill you will obtain something like this.

[3] Then go to Filter>Stylize>Emboss use these values.

[4] Your image should be look like this.

[5] Now make the copy of Background layer.

[6] Go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur.
