Here I will teach you about Change-Image-Fast-Driving-Car

[1]-First of all Open any image Vehicle as I did take following car image

[2]-Now make Duplicate layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then create the following selection with help of Polygonal Lasso Tool

[3]-Now press Ctrl+Shift+I then press Ctrl+J & your layer pallete should look as shown below

[4]-Now go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur & use the following settings
