Here we will tell you how to make a Skyscrapper-building-light-effect in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Fill the Background with Black color.

[3] Take the Rectangular Marquee Tool create a shape and fill with White color.

[4] Go to Filter>Stylize>Wind use these settings.

[5] Press Cntl+F, two more time your image will be as shown below.

[6] Go to Edit>Transform>Rotate 90CW.

[7] You should something like this.

[8] Go to Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates use these settings.

[9] Your image will be look like this.

[10] Open your Building Image like this.

[11] And Drag the image over the Building imgae see in the next image.

[12] Change the Blending Mode to Color Dodge.

[13] Your image will be as shown below.

[14] Make two more copies of this layer.

[15] This photoshop tutorial is complete now, your final image will look like this.
