Here we will tell you how to make a Night-scene-dream-flight-heavenly in photoshop.

[1] Open your image like this.

[2] Press Ctrl+Shift+U to destaurate.

[3] Duplicate the layer. Press Ctrl+I to invert the colors.

[4] Your image will be as shown below.

[5] Press Ctrl+U to open hue/saturation window.

[6] Your image will look like this.

[7] Now open your Aeroplane image like this.

[8] Make the copy of your image then hide the orignal image.

[9] Now go to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur use these settings.

[10] Your image will look like this.

[11] Now Unhide the orignal layer see in the next.

[12] Your image will be look like this.

[13] Press Ctrl+U to open hue/saturation window, use these settings.

[14] Your image will be as shown below.

[15] And now change the Blending Mode to Screen.

[16] You should something look like this.
