Here I will teach you about Animated-cool-Changing-Art

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 450×450 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now select Custom Shape Tool & use the following Shape & settings

[3]-Now create the following shape with the help of Custom Shape Tool & then select Pen Tool

[4]-Now click & select Make Selection

[5]-Now apply the following settings in Make Selection

[6]-Now your image should look as shown below

[7]-Now fill the selection with any color & then press Ctrl+J & after that press Ctrl+T & click, select ‘Rotate 90 CW’ & then ENTER

[8]-Now press Ctrl+E & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool & then press “Delete”

[9]-Now go to Blending Options with click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign

[10]-Now select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[11]-Now select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[12]-Now your image should look as shown below & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[13]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options & select Bevel & Emboss

[14]-Now select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[15]-Now your image should look as shown below

[16]-Now go to Image Ready with Ctrl+Shift+M & then go to WINDOW>ANIMATION & create the 4 Duplicate Frame with the 4 times click
on following Button which is indicating by hand sign

[17]-Now select Frame-2 & then select Layer2 & then go to Blending Option with click on ‘f’ which is indicating Hand Sign

[18]-Now select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[19]-Now your image should look as shown below

[20]-Now select Frame-3 & then select Layer2 & go to Blending Options & select Gradient Overlay
