[1]-First of all open New Document of Custom size, choose whatever size you want and keep Resolution 72
72 and Mode RGB color

Rectangular Marquee Tool

as shown below

[4]-Now select Bevel & Emboss and apply the following settings

[6]-Now create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[7]-Now fill the selection with any color & then click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign
as shown below

[8]-Now select Inner Shadow and use the following settings

[9]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[10]-Now create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[11]-Now fill the selection with any color & after that select Brush Tool & then use
the following settings

[12]-Now create the following Grass with the help Brush Tool

[13]-Now click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign as shown below

[14]-Now select Outer Glow and apply the following settings

[15]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[16]-Now select Custom Shape Tool and use the following shape & settings

[17]-Now create the following shape with the help of Custom Shape Tool

[18]-Now select Pen Tool and click on the shape & then select Make selection

[19]-Now your image will be look as shown below & then fill with any color

[20]-Now select Text Tool and create the following Text. At last, all settings have been
completed & your final image will be look as shown below
