Here I will teach you about Ringing-Animated-Antique-Bell

[1]-First of all Open any image of Bell as I did take following image with the help of Ctrl+O

[2]-Now make Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then create the following selection with the help of POlygonal Lasso Tool

[3]-Now press Ctrl+X & then Open New Layer & after that press Ctrl+V & your layer Pallete should be look as shown below

[4]-Now create the following adjustment with the help of Move Tool

[5]-Now Make Duplicate Layer1 with the help of Ctrl+J & then press Ctrl+T & create the following Transformation with the
help of Ctrl+T & then ENTER

[6]-Now make Duplicate layer2 with the help of Ctrl+J & then press Ctrl+T & click.Now select FLIP HORIZONTAL & then ENTER

[7]-Now your image should look as shown below

[8]-Now go to Image Ready with the help of Ctrl+Shift+M & then go to WINDOW>ANIMATION & create the 2 Duplicate Frame with
the help of 2times click on following button which is indicating by hand sign

[9]-Now select Frame-1 & then Hide the following LaYers with the help of Remove EYE SIGN which is indicating by Hand sign

[10]-Now your image should look as shown below

[11]-Now select Frame-2 & then Hide the following Layers

[12]-Now your image should look as shown below

[13]-Now select Frame-3 & then Hide the following Layers

[14]-Now your image should look as shown below

[15]-Now Play the Animation with the help of click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[16]-Now go to FILE>SAVE OPTAMIZED AS. & use the following settings
