[1]-First of all Open New Docuement of Custom Size,Height & Width 500×500 pxl,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[3]-Now fill the selection with ‘bbbfc2′ color & create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[4]-Now select ‘Dodge Tool’ & Highlight the following parts with inverse selection Ctrl+Shift+I       

[5]-Now go to Blending Options select Color Overlay & use the following settings

[6]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[7]-Now fill the selection with same color & Highlight the following parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’

[8]-Now go to Blending Options & use the same settings in Color Overlay as used in Step-5 & like this create the others

[9]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’ with hold Shift

[10]-Now fill the selection with same color & then go to Blending Options select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[11]-Now go to Blending Options select Color Overlay & use the following settings

[12]-Now make the Duplicate Layer of First Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then press Ctrl+T right click select ‘Flip Vertical’ & then press ENTER

[13]-Now select ‘Erase Tool’ & use the following settings

[14]-Now erase the some parts with the help of ‘Erase Tool’
