[23] Take the Gradient Tool use these settings.

[24] Fill the selection with the help of Gradient Tool.

[25] Now make the 2 more copy of previous shape layer.

[26] Now make the 3 more copy of previous shape layer move these 3 layers underneath the first layer.

[27] Then take the Shape Tool and select this one.

[28] Make the new layer and create a shape fill with this color coding #1A5C7F.
