Here I will teach you about Photoshop-Flashing-Text-Animaton-Banner

[1]-First of all Open New Any image with the help of Ctrl+O as I did take following image

[2]-Now Create any Text with the help of Text Tool

[3]-Now go to Blending Option with click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign

[4]-Now select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[5]-Now select Gradient OVerlay & use the following settings

[6]-Now select Stoke Structure & use the following settings

[7]-Now your image should look as shown below

[8]-Now create Other Text on New Layer & apply the same Blending Opitions as apply First Text

[9]-Now go to Image Ready with the help of Ctrl+Shift+M & then go to WINDOW>ANIMATION & make the Duplicate Frame2 with the
help of click on following Button which is indicating by hand sign

[10]-Now select Frame 1 & then hide the following Layer

[11]-Now select Frame 2 & then hide the following Layer

[12]-Now your image should look as shown below

[13]-Now Play the animation with the help of Click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[14]-Now go to File>Save Optamized as.. & use the following settings
