[20] Create a new shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool and fill with White color.

[23] Take the Pen Tool create a shape as shown below.

[24] Now create a new layer make the selection and fill with White color.

[25] Go to Blending Option use these settings.

[26] Your image should be as shown below.

[27] Make the 2 more copy of previous shape layer.

[28] Now take the Pencil Tool then set the Foreground Color.

[29] Draw a lines see in the next image.

[30] Now take the Elliptical Marquee Tool create a shape then make the new layer.

[31] Go to Select>Feather Selection use these settings.

[32] Now fill the selection with White color.

[33] Now drag the layer underneath the shape layer.

[34] Take the Brush Tool use these settings.

[35] Then set the Foreground and Background Color.

[36] Create a new layer and play with your Brush Tool.
