[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size, Height & Width 500×300 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now select 10b8c3 color in Forground & fffffa color in Background & then go to Filter>Render>Clouds & then create the
following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool

[6]-Now Open New Layer (which should be below all Layers) & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[7]-Now fill the selection with any color & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[8]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options with click on ‘f’ which is indicating
by Hand sign

[9]-Now select Bevel & Emboss & use the followings settings

[10]-Now your image should look as shown below

[11]-Now Make 2 Duplicate layers with 2 times press Ctrl+J & then create the sepration with the help of Move Tool

[12]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool with hold Shift

[13]-Now fill the selection with any color & then Change the Blende Mode of this Layer. Blende Mode should be Overlay
