Lets open a new file in your favourite photoshop software version.
Then choose a custom size you may choose any size, I will pick
Height & width 500×500 pixels and Resolution 72 using Mode RGB Color.

[2]-Now fill the Background with any color & then Go to Filter>Render>Lens Flare and use the following settings

[25]-Now reduce the opacity of the layer as shown below

[26]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[27]-Now create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool

[28]-Now fill the selection with # FFFFFA color and click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign as shown below

[29]-Now select Gradient Overlay and apply the following settings

[30]-Now reduce the opacity of the Layer as shown below

[31]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[32]-Now create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee TOol

[33]-Now click on ‘f’ & go to Layer Style & then select Bevel & Emboss and use the following settings

[35]-Now reduce the opacity of this layer as shown below

[36]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[37]-Now create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee TOol

[38]-Now fill the selection with # FFFFFA color and click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign as shown below

[39]-Now select Inner Shadow and use the following settings

[40]-Now select Gradient Overlay and apply the following settings

[41]-Now reduce the Opacity of this Layer as shown below

[42]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[43]-Now create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool

[44]-Now fill the selection with # FFFFFA Color and opacity of this Layer should be 13% and your image will be look as shown below

[45]-Now create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso TOol

[46]-Now fill the selection with # FFFFFA color and go to Layer Style and select Inner Shadow and apply the following settings

[47]-Now select Gradient OVerlay and apply the following settings

[48]-At Last, all settings have been completed & your final image will be look as shown below
