Here I will teach you about Wavy-Indian-Country-Flag

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 500×500 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now select FFFFFA color in Background & 272C96 color in Forground & then go to Filter>Render>Clouds & your image should
look as shown below

[3]-Now Open any image of Flag as I did take image of Indian Flag with the help of Ctrl+O & adjust with the help of Move Tool

[4]-Now go to Filter>Distort>Wave & use the following settings

[5]-Now your image should look as shown below

[6]-Now create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool

[7]-Now press Delete & then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular marquee Tool

[8]-Now Hold shift & create other selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool

[9]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & then go to Filter>Blur>Gussian Blur & use the following settings

[10]-Now your image should look as shown below

[11]-Now select Layer 1 & then create the following selection with the help of Magic Wand Tool

[12]-Now select Layer 2 & then press Ctrl+Shift+I & then Delete & your image should look as shown below

[13]-Now Blende Mode of this Layer should be Hard Light

[14]-Now your image should look as shown below & after that create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool

[15]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options, select Bevel & Emboss
