Here I will teach you about Motion-Moving-Object-Effect

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 500×500 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool

[3]-Now select 1A1364 color in Forground & FFF468 color in Background & then fill the selection with 1a1364 color & after that
go to Filter>Render>Difference Clouds & press Ctrl+F for best appearance

[4]-Now make Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then press Ctrl+I & your image should look as shown below

[5]-Now select Burn Tool & use the following settings

[6]-Now create the following Shading on clouds with the help of Burn Tool

[7]-Now go to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur & use the following settings

[8]-Now your image should look as shown below & for best appearence press Ctrl+F

[9]-Now Open aeroplane image & adjust in First Document with the help of Move Tool
