Design a Wire mesh light screen filter opal

Here we will tell you how to make a Wire-mesh-light-screen-filter-opal in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Now fill the Background with this color coding #003497, then open your image like this.

[3] Now make the copy of your image then change the Blending Mode Hard Light.

[4] Select the Layer 1.

[5] Then go to Filter>Texture>Stain Glass use these settings.

[6] Your image should be as shown below.

[7] Now select the Layer 1 copy.

[8] Then go to Blending Option General Blending use the following settings.

[9] Your image should be as shown below.

[10] Make the one more copy of the layer 1.

[11] Now drag the layer to the Top.

[12] Go to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur use these settings.

[13] Now press Cntl+F, so many time to repeat the blur option.

[14] And now change the Blending Mode Linear Dodge.
