Design a Postal mailing stamp

Here we will tell you how to make a Postal-mailing-stamp in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Fill the Background with Black color then take the Shape select this one.

[3] Set the Foreground Color.

[4] Create a shape make the new layer and fill the color.

[5] Take the Rounded Rectangle Tool create a shape, now make the selection then Right Click on your mouse select Stroke use these settings.

[6] Your image something like this.

[7] Make the copy of the layer.

[8] Then press Cntl+T, Transform Selection to Minimize your shape.

[9] Now open your image like this.

[10] Now Cntl+Click on the Layer 2 Copy then Hold Cnlt+C to copy and then press Cntl+V to Paste it you have automatically new layer create.

[11] Open a another image like this.

[12] Then change the Blending Mode to Color.

[13] Now arrange the layer see in the next image.

[15] Take the Text Tool create some text.
