[1] Take a new file of 500 pixels,500 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Fill the Background with any color would you like, then take the Shape Tool and select this one.
[3] Create a new shape and fill with Black color.
[4] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[6] Now take the Elliptical Marquee Tool crate a new shape and fill with Black color.
[7] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[9] Create another shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool and fill with Black color.
[10] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.
[11] Your image should be look like this.
[12] Take the Rectangular Marquee Tool create a new shape and fill with Black color.
[13] Go to Blending Option and select the Gradient Tool use the following settings.
[14] Your image should be look like this.
[15] Take the Shape Tool and select this one.
[16] Create a new shape and fil with Black color.
[17] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.
[18] Your image should be look like this.
[19] Take the Shape Tool and select this one.
[20] Create a new shape and fil with Black color.
[21] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.
[22] Your final image should be look like this.
