[1]-First of all open new document of Custom Size, I choose Height & width 400×400 pixels, Resolution 72 and Mode RGB Color.

[2]-Now fill the Background with any color & go to Filter>Render>Lighting Effects & use the following setting

[4]-Now press Ctrl+Shift+N for open new layer & go to FIlter>Render>3D Transform
[5]-Now Create the following shape with the help of Cube Tool in 3D Transform

[6]-Now Revolve the following shape with the help of Trackball Tool & then click on’ok’

[7]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[8]-Now Press Ctrl+T & reduce the following size, as shown below

[9]-Now create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee TOol

[10]-Now fill the selection with any & create the other selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[10]-Now create the other selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool & then fill with any color by the press Alt+Backspace

[11]-Now create the last selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool & fill with any color

[12]-Now press Ctrl+J for making duplicate layer & then press Ctrl+T and replace at little distance as shown below

[13]-Again press Ctrl+J for making duplicatle layer & replace the following shape with the help of press Ctrl+T

[14]-At last, all settings have been completed & your final image will be look as shown below
