Here we will tell you how to make a Cool-idea-rose-new-year-card in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 700 pixels, 300 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Now open your nice image like this.

[5] Take the Text Tool create your text.

[6] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[8] Open your Flower Bunch Image like this.

[9] Set the layer behind the Text Layer.

[10] Make the 2 more copy of Bunch layer.

[11] Open one more image a single Rose Flower.

[12] Set the layer behind the Text Layer.

[13] Your image should be as shown below.

[14] Take the Brush Tool use these settings.
