Here we will tell you how to make a Black-white-photograph-negative-night in photoshop.

[1] You may use any photos you want.

[2] Make the copy of Background Layer.

[3] Now, we’ll convert a new made layer in black and white. For this we’ll use a shortcut CTRL+Shift+U.

[4] Now make the one more copy of Background Layer.

[5] Then press Ctrl+I to create the invert.

[6] Now press Cntl+M to Create the Curves.

[7] Your Picture something look like this.

[8] Now go to Filture>Blur>Gaussinan blur use these settings.
