According to a survey conducted by CBC News and the Canadian Press one third of the people who are shot by Taser have to visit hospital. The investigations was drawn from Taser-use forms which RCMP officers has to fill out whenever they draw the device, which led us to the truth that 910 of the 3,226 people shot between 2002 and 2007 had to go to a medical facility. Many other people also suffered injury but they didn’t opt for doctors otherwise number would have been higher.
