Nintendo is not going to give up so easily as it is a matter of $232million.

The $232million fine was imposed on Nintendo by EU regulators for price fixing. According to Nintendo this fine is unfair, illegal and even shocking.

This fine was imposed on Nintendo in 2002 by EU regulators as Nintendo was found guilty along with seven other who colluded to raise the prices of software and hardware products during 1991-1998.

We will know more of it in future till than Best of luck Nintendo.
