The scientists at Delft University of Technology are planning to use wind energy in a different way: by using kites to generate electricity. They have tested this with a 10 square meter kite to generate electricity to produce 10 kilowatts of electricity. They are now in a mood to increase the size of kite to 50 square meter and produce 100 megawatts which could power 1,00,000 homes. Best of Luck.
