Once upon a time T-Mobile used to be on the top of surveys conducted by JD Power but this time they have beaten by Verizon in race for the top slot. In a survey conducted by JD Power customer care survey Verizon top the list followed by its merging partner Alltel and to out uttermost surprise T-Mobile fell to the third rank. The survey was conducted on near about 11,000 people. Verizon score 103, Alltel scores 102, and T-Mobile garnering a respectable 100. Only Sprint Nextel, which got a lowly 79, scored below the industry average.
